Job Description
As a Sales & Distribution Executive, you’ll be the driving force behind Crispyy’s retail growth. This role involves managing distributors, identifying new retail opportunities, increasing outlet coverage, and ensuring that Crispyy products are always available and visible on the shelves. You’ll play a critical role in expanding our brand presence in both general trade and modern trade markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and wholesalers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure consistent product availability in assigned areas.
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard new retail outlets.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for in-store promotions and sampling activities.
- Track secondary and primary sales, manage inventory flow, and handle order processing.
- Ensure correct product display, visibility, and merchandising across stores.
- Collect customer feedback and report market insights to the management team.
- Maintain accurate data on sales performance and competitor activity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 1–4 years of experience in FMCG / Food / Beverage sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and sales reporting tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
