- Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours of confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
- Processing time may vary during festive periods or occasions.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
- Remote or rural areas may take longer.
- Delays due to courier or weather disruptions are beyond Cripsyy’s control and do not qualify for cancellation.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees (if any) will be displayed at checkout.
- We may occasionally offer Free Shipping
5. Tracking & Confirmation
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
If your package shows as delivered but isn’t received, please contact the courier and then our support team at support@cripsyy.com.
6. Packaging & Safety
- All products are packed in tamper-evident, food-grade material.
- We follow strict hygiene to maintain product integrity.
7. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery
- Orders returned due to incorrect address or refusal to accept will not be refunded.
- Re-shipping may be arranged after deducting logistics costs.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
- Share a clear unboxing video or photos within 48 hours of delivery to report damage or missing items.
- Claims made without proof or after the 48-hour window will not be accepted.
9. Force Majeure
Cripsyy will not be liable for delivery delays caused by events beyond our control — including natural disasters, lockdowns, or courier disruptions.
