Job Description

As a Marketing Executive at Cripsyy, you will play a key role in shaping the brand’s voice and presence across digital and offline platforms. This role demands creativity, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of what drives modern consumers. You’ll be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, supporting brand visibility, and helping grow Cripsyy into a national household name.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media campaigns to build brand awareness and engagement.
• Coordinate with design and content teams to develop creative posts, ads, and promotions.
• Monitor campaign performance and generate weekly reports using analytics tools.
• Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships for brand promotion.
• Assist in planning marketing activities for product launches and retail promotions.
• Research industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to support strategy.
• Support the team in event marketing, exhibitions, and sampling activities.
• Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure marketing consistency across all channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing (preferably FMCG, Food, or Startup sector).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into impactful campaigns.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or design tools is a plus.
